MusicXML 4.0 W3C XML schema (XSD), unchanged from the w3c-cg/musicxml repository at tag v4.0

The /validator/ checks files against musicxml.xsd with libxml2 (xmllint-wasm, next to this
folder). musicxml.xsd imports xml.xsd and xlink.xsd from www.musicxml.org; the validator hands
it these copies instead, so it never goes online.
